Plenary Addresses

There has been three sessions of plenary addresses. These sessions created an opportunity for prominent individuals from the public sector and private industry to share their views with all participants on key issues affecting the competitiveness of agro-industries and the impacts of agro-industrial development.

1.Agro-industry trends, patterns and developmental impacts:
Identify the attributes that make agro-industries distinctive, call attention to some of the major drivers of agro-industrial competitiveness worldwide, and identify key trends and patterns with specific attention to the diversity of challenges faced in different regions and developmental circumstances.
